If you are located in San Diego County and would like to have an in depth discussion with a NRA representative regarding Assembly Bill 962 (or anything else for that matter) please consider attending a member's council meeting.  In the San Diego area the meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00pm at "W.C's Chuck Wagon Restaurant and Saloon" located at 8861 N. Magnolia Ave in Santee.
